SETOEM 0.3 beta has the memory leak in the UNINSTALL routine fixed. The bug was because the environment segment was not released. Anyone who has suggestions or bug fixes please contact David McIlwraith with the fix/comments/bug report.
POWER is an APM (advanced power management) control utility which can power-off, suspend and perform various other APM functions. It requires an APM 1.0+ compliant BIOS and power supply. It is currently in alpha testing and is definitely not complete.
